Shipping and delivery policy

Pracandy sells software and memberships. Nothing is posted, couriered or physically shipped, so there are no delivery charges, no delivery addresses and no shipping partners.

Access is applied to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. You do not need to wait for a message or enter a code; signing in to the application will show the membership as active.

GamingCap itself is downloaded and installed on your own Windows PC. The membership controls access to it, and your recordings are processed on your machine rather than uploaded to us.

If a payment succeeds but access has not appeared within one hour, email swotboysandy@gmail.com with the payment reference from your receipt. We will either apply the access or refund the payment in full.

Access is tied to the account that paid. If you paid with an address different from the one you sign in with, tell us and we will link them.
