Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid Pracandy products. At present that means GamingCap, a Windows application sold as a monthly or yearly membership. Invoiceful is free to use and involves no payment, and PracandyFlix and PracandyWalls are free to read and use.

Everything sold is digital. Access is granted to your account immediately once payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. There is no physical shipment and no delivery charge.

If payment succeeds but access does not appear within one hour, contact us with the payment reference and we will correct it or refund it in full.

You can cancel at any time from your account, without giving a reason and without contacting us first.

Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not cut short.

A first membership payment can be refunded in full within seven days of the charge, for any reason. Ask by email and the money is returned to the original payment method.

Renewal payments are not routinely refunded once the new period has started, because cancelling at any point before renewal prevents the charge. If a renewal was charged in error, or the service was unavailable for a significant part of the period, tell us and we will refund it.

• A payment taken twice for the same period is always refunded in full.
• A payment that succeeds but never grants access is always refunded in full.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot send them elsewhere.

Refunds are approved within three working days of a request. Once approved, the money is returned by our payment provider and usually appears within five to seven working days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

You will get an email when the refund is issued, with the reference to quote if you need to ask your bank about it.

Email billing@pracandy.com from the address on the account, with the payment reference from your receipt and a line about what went wrong. A reason is not required for a first-payment refund inside the seven-day window.

If you are unhappy with a decision, reply and say so. Disputing a charge with your bank is your right, but telling us first is nearly always faster.
